QUESTION OF THE DAY: What did you find interesting or enjoy the most from this podcast episode? Please let me know in the comments below.

During my late teens and very early twenties I suffered with moderately severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, as well as other chronic conditions that left me in some embarrassing situations.

Doctors told me I would never recover or likely experience my conditions worsening. I refused to accept this.

During these 4 years I set about discovering and experimenting with nutrition, habits and practices to unlock and unleash my best potential. I was also driven by my desire to go an epic adventure, like Scott of the Antarctic, Frank Wild and Shackleton. My passion for self-mastery and adventure was ignited.

I fully recovered using the Lightning Process, in 3 days you are trained to to re-wire your brain to live the life you love and the transformation is instantaneous.

All sorts of doors opened for me and during the last 4 years I have had highs and lows, but as Steve Jobs said, you can connect the dots back and trust in the universe to connect them forward.

Talking to you here today I can now connect the dots and be grateful for the journey I’ve had. In this episode I share with you how those dots connect back.
